Deleting Notes

Notes belong to Accounts, so you must first select the Account where the contact is assigned. From any of the View screens you can simply click on the Account Name, or on the Detail screens you can click on the Account ID, after which the system will display the Account Detail screen.


If the Account Detail screen is not already showing the list of notes that belong to the account, then click the Notes button .


Next to each note listing, there are two icons, an Edit icon , and the Delete icon .


Click the Delete icon that is located next to the note you wish to delete. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. After confirmation, the selected note will be deleted and the listing will be refreshed to show any remaining notes that belong to the account.
